Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using Stardraw and its entertainment services.

By accessing Stardraw, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms.
1. About Stardraw
Stardraw is an online entertainment platform that provides pack openings, Deals, Sports, Crash, Dice, Rewards, account tools, and related community features. These Terms apply to the website at stardraw.win, its pages, features, APIs, and services that refer to these Terms.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By visiting the Site, creating an account, signing in, funding a balance, opening a pack, joining a game, or using any Stardraw feature, you agree to these Terms and any policies or instructions displayed with a particular feature.
If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted, and your continued use of Stardraw means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility and age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stardraw. You must also be legally permitted to use online entertainment services in your location. We may refuse access or ask for additional information when we reasonably believe an account does not meet these requirements.
You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to you. Stardraw is not intended for children, and you must not allow another person who does not meet the eligibility requirements to use your account.
4. Accounts and Roblox sign-in
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account information current.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure.
- Do not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts for another person without our written permission.
- Roblox sign-in is provided by a third party. Your use of Roblox is also governed by Roblox's own terms, policies, and community standards.
- Stardraw is independent from Roblox and is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Roblox unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Stardraw services
Stardraw may offer Packs, Deals, Sports, Crash, Dice, Rewards, wallet features, history, and support. Features, prices, item availability, chances, limits, and eligibility may change or be removed without notice where permitted by law.
Descriptions and displayed values are provided for entertainment and account-record purposes. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, virtual items, points, balances, and rewards have no cash value, are not securities, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside Stardraw.
6. Pack openings and published chances
Pack openings are server-side weighted selections. The chance information shown for a pack is intended to describe the weights used for that pack at the time of the draw. A displayed chance is not a promise that a particular item will be received.
Each opening is a separate outcome. Opening multiple packs does not guarantee a rare item, a minimum return, or a particular combination of items. Once a draw has been processed and recorded, it generally cannot be cancelled because the outcome was unexpected or not preferred.
7. Deals, Sports, Crash, Dice, and game outcomes
Deals, Sports, Crash, Dice, and other game features involve chance and may result in a loss of the amount committed to a round. Outcomes are generated and recorded by Stardraw's systems according to the rules shown in the relevant feature.
No strategy, timing, prediction, or use of the fast-play controls guarantees a win. You should only use an amount you can afford to lose and should stop using the service if it is no longer entertainment.
8. Wallet, Robux, and transactions
Where supported, Robux or other balance credits may be added through the Roblox experience or payment flow identified by Stardraw. A transaction may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or subject to limits for security, fraud prevention, technical, or legal reasons.
You must not exploit pricing errors, duplicate a transaction, use unauthorised payment methods, or attempt to obtain credits through fraud or chargeback abuse. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to applicable law and the terms shown at the time of purchase.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, exploits, manipulated requests, or other unfair methods;
- interfere with the Site, its servers, security controls, games, or other users;
- probe, scan, reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass access or rate limits;
- use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised accounts, payment methods, or Roblox credentials;
- harass, threaten, impersonate, defame, or send unlawful or abusive content; or
- use Stardraw for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates third-party rights.
10. Fair play, security, and investigations
We may review activity, preserve records, limit features, hold a transaction, remove credits or rewards obtained through abuse, and suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, security abuse, or a breach of these Terms. We may ask for information needed to investigate an issue.
Do not attempt to access another user's account or share private account information in public channels. Report suspected security issues to support@stardraw.win.
11. Intellectual property and third-party services
The Stardraw name, branding, interface, software, text, graphics, and original content belong to Stardraw or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Site for its intended entertainment purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, frame, or create derivative works from Stardraw content without permission. Third-party services, including Roblox, may have separate terms and privacy policies. Stardraw does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
12. Availability and disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device. Maintenance, outages, updates, events outside our control, and third-party failures may affect availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Stardraw disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee a particular result, profit, reward, or item value from using the Site.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stardraw and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the Site, including loss of data, access, credits, rewards, or expected winnings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights that you cannot waive under applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Stardraw at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or close an account if required for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or a breach of these Terms. Provisions that should continue by their nature, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms, will survive termination.
